Anita Crozier - Senior Associate, CMS LLP
Anita specialises in contentious construction, mainly providing legal advice to avoid and resolve construction disputes. She acts for contractors, consultants, developers, and institutions on a wide range of issues arising primarily from construction contracts (both standard form (including NEC, JCT, SBCC,) and bespoke contracts), collateral warranties and professional appointments. Anita is proficient in all forms of dispute resolution including adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session.

Sandy Killbourn – Managing Director, Gartcarron Engineering Consultancy
Sandy Killbourn is an ex local authority fire officer with over 30 years’ experience in the fire service, over 20 years front line fire safety management.
This experience has been built-up through the compiling and inspection of fire certificates under the Fire Precautions Act 1971 and subsequently the auditing of Fire Risk Assessments under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005.
He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Fire Risk Engineering and has been the lead officer for the local fire service, in conjunction with building standard verifiers, in the approval of numerous proposals requiring fire engineered solutions.
