How to Make 2027 Your Best Year Yet

Tuesday 15th December 2026, 14.00-17.00pm

Online Meeting

Most architecture practices don't have a growth problem - they have a system problem. Fee income climbs, but profit doesn't follow, because the owner is still the bottleneck: in the detail, not on the business.

As you sit down to plan 2027, Yvonne will share the 6-step framework she uses with SME owners turning over £500k–£20m to build businesses that scale without depending entirely on them - covering the five levers in leads, conversion and retention that compound into serious profit growth, the systems and team structure that make growth repeatable, and the accountability that makes it actually happen.

This isn't theory. One of Yvonne’s clients grew their business valuation by 87% in under two years. Another increased operating profit by 456% in three years while nearly quintupling turnover - not through luck, but through the same framework Yvonne will walk you through.

Come with this year's numbers - leave with your 2027 plan.

Part of our Practice Essentials Series for 2026, this extra event is limited to 12 places so members are encouraged to book early. Terms and conditions apply.

Kindly delivered by Yvonne Webb, Yvonne is a business coach with ActionCOACH, working with SME owners across Glasgow and the UK, typically turning over £500k–£20m. Before coaching, she spent 25 years in senior commercial roles at Coca-Cola and Cadbury, managing major retail partnerships with Tesco, Asda and Amazon and leading Grocery e-Commerce for Cadbury.

For the past 7+ years she's coached SME business owners in Scotland, drawing on that 25 years of commercial experience alongside a practical 6-step framework, to help them build businesses that don't rely on them being in every detail. Her own work has been recognised with the ActionCOACH Client Results of the Year award, and her clients' results have gone on to win national recognition too, including a BizX Award for Young Entrepreneur of the Year. She co-hosts the Glasgow Business Stories podcast and sits on the Glasgow Advisory Board for weDO Scotland.
